What this policy covers
This policy describes how data is handled on the Budget Pop website. The iPhone and iPad app has its own privacy policy, linked at the end of this page.
Browsing and hosting
The hosting provider receives the technical data needed to deliver the page, such as the IP address, the date and time of the request and information sent by the browser. This data may appear in server access and security logs.
It’s used to serve the website, keep it secure and diagnose problems. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing and protecting the site. The hosting provider may access this data as needed to provide its service, and it may be disclosed to authorities where there is a legal obligation.
Tools and the data you enter
The tools run in your browser. The amounts and names you enter are saved in your browser’s local storage so they’re there when you come back. This website’s code doesn’t send them to the server. You can erase them with the “Reset” button or in your browser settings. There are no user accounts or sign-up forms.
Measurement and App Store links
We don’t use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or session recording tools. We may review search statistics through Google Search Console, without installing tracking code on this website.
App Store buttons include one campaign tag shared across the site. When you click them you leave this site, and Apple handles browsing and attribution under its own terms. The link contains nothing you enter in the tools.
Enquiries and retention
If you write to hola@miguelpg.com, we use your email address and the content of your message to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the conversation and, where applicable, meet legal obligations. We don’t build profiles or make automated decisions about you.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability, using the contact details on this page.
You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your competent supervisory authority.
